Eddie’s Attic (Atlanta) Songwriter Top 3 finalist, Karly Driftwood, has one of the most intriguing and original backstories. The singer-songwriter was a mortician before quitting to pursue music in Nashville. Because she couldn’t afford to make the move to Music City, she became a stripper to save enough money to leave her hometown. She left for Nashville a week after graduating mortuary school and hit the ground running. After writing and recording her debut album, “Too Mean To Die” was released to into the world. Since then she has opened up for acts such as Lucero, Chuck Ragan, Cory Branan, and more. With over 600,000 followers on Tik Tok, fans across the country are looking to see her live.

“In the past, we’ve been good at calligraphies winners. We called Sturgill, Tyler Childers, and Colter Wall. We’re calling it next for Karly Driftwood.” – Farce The Music
