What The Sound and Tunes Go Hard presents: Jayelle (EP Release Show)
October 28, 2021 8:00 pm PDT
Doors Open: 7:30pm$10
Singer-songwriter Jayelle channels an intense, inner darkness through her polished pop performance. With an enchanting and illustrative honesty, she explores hauntingly personal and taboo subjects shamelessly. Currently L.A.-based, Jayelle is adding a fresh voice to alternative pop with captivating hooks and clever lyrical themes. A short list of her influences include FLETCHER, Halsey, Maggie Rogers, Paramore, and Taylor Swift. She is currently working on writing and recording songs for her own projects as well as for other artists. Witness Jayelle fully step into her unconventional and eclectic artistry on her upcoming sophomore EP, Pretty Little Saboteur – a concept album inspired by her astrological birth chart. Fierce and feminine, this siren is a force to be reckoned with.
Drew Louis is a pop singer, songwriter, and producer. While pursuing his own artistry, Louis also writes and produces for fellow artists, best known for his work with Sony Music’s The Gospellers on their single “Loving Out Loud”. Additional recent collaborations include Francis Karel, Mayu Wakisaka, and Joe Ryan III. Coming from a family with an in-depth musical background, Louis’ craft is woven into his DNA. At a young age, he was exposed to a wide variety of music ranging from Classic Rock, to Jazz, to R&B. Thus far in his musical journey, Pop music has been the consistent heartbeat of it all. From his signature harmonies, to powerful hooks and melodies, Drew Louis is the emerging triple threat this industry has been dreaming of.
With an upbeat pairing of falsetto vocals and intimate sensuality that rival Justin Bieber andJustin Timberlake, Haiden has developed a unique sound with his own patent “lyrical saltiness.”Though just breaking into the recording industry, Haiden is no stranger to music or the spotlight. Growing up in California, his talent was the self-taught solution to the childhood pressures of frequently moving around the state. At age 17, Haiden was scouted and signed by a major agency in Los Angeles as a runway and commercial fashion model, working concurrently with life as a student. Despite the thrill of the modeling world, Haiden longed for a creative outlet where he could achieve a higher level of self-expression, returning to the musical passion of his youth and eventually attending the prestigious Thornton School of Music at USC. Looking tomake his mark on the alternative pop space, Haiden’s rich vocals, lyrical compositions, andpresence as a musician make him a rising star worth paying attention to.
