Lindsey Kraft is an actress, writer, singer, and composer. She just ended a five-season run on Grace and Frankie for Netflix. You can also see her opposite Will Ferrell and Paul Rudd on Apple’s The Shrink Next Door, and many other television programs. But who cares, really? There’s so many shows, who can keep track? And that’s not really why she’s here.
She is currently working with Linda Perry on an autobiographical musical entitled “love, me”. This concert will consist of songs from the musical. It will also consist of talking to you, the audience — asking you about your life, and possibly making you uncomfortable. But to be fair, she’ll also be telling the very personal, very real stories that inspired each song. So that’s fun! Plus there will be special guests!
The songs written for “love, me” are about vulnerability, jealousy, envy, hope, fantasy, breakups, and how she is finally coming to love herself and find herself. She knows that possibly sounds a little cheesy, but she’s okay with that. She’s thrilled to share her work and journey with Los Angeles as she gears up to present the musical in New York next year.
