Manoela Wunder Album Release Party Featuring Homegrown Collective

A native of Rio de Janeiro, violinist and multi-instrumentalist Manoela Wunder has established herself in LA as an exceptionally versatile artist. Classically trained, she has a strong passion for improvisation in jazz, blues, and rock and is an active composer and arranger.

Notable live performances/reordings include Janelle Monáe, David Foster, Katharine McPhee, Kygo, Renée Fleming, The Tenors, Common, Deletion 3030, Amanda Palmer, Frank Ocean, Marco Antonio Solis, Gloria Trevi, and a Quincy Jones benefit with Lang Lang.

Manoela has also been featured in films, TV shows and commercials, and regularly plays as a solo guest violinist with local acts. Ms. Wunder has performed with a wide range of orchestras and chamber groups in the US and Europe. Her music has been heard in the most prominent halls nationwide, including Hollywood Bowl, The Forum, Greek Theatre, and Walt Disney Concert Hall. She is a multiple prizewinner of competitions in the United States, Europe and South America and has been a guest at many prominent festivals throughout her career.

Manoela has been active in the local singer-songwriter scene. Her debut solo album “Past/Healing” showcases her string arrangements as the foundation for her writing and feature her on several instruments. For regular updates on her solo shows, please follow @wunderlandmusic on Instagram.

Homegrown Collective is a soulful community driven artist collective committed to creating with  and showcasing some of best talent LA has to offer. Alena Bernardi is a classically trained vocalist, songwriter, and music teacher from Detroit, Michigan. Alena has a passion and inspiration for bringing artists of all ages together in musical and creative spaces. Catriona Fray is an artist, teacher, producer whose music transcends the spirit into an earthy, soulful Gospel/Worship/R&B/Pop experience. Mina Bloom is a pianist, composer, flautist, music director and music teacher. She is the keyboardist and vocalist for Verdugo Moon, the Dreamworks house band, as well as a proud founder of Disco Fuschia along with her artistic partner Jules. Carl Biehn is a singer/songwriter and voice coach. He is a part of a rock band called Hot Crazy and their debut EP “Private Jet” was recently released and is available for streaming on all platforms.
