Jesse & Friends is a showcase of today’s top songwriters and buzz worthy artists on the rise, hosted by Grammy nominated singer/songwriter Jesse Thomas.

Annika Wells
Most people keep personal, embarrassing, and crazy thoughts to themselves. Annika Wells isn’t one of those people. Initially breaking onto the scene as a songwriter whose cuts have racked up over 100-million streams and seen multiple tracks go #1, she now welcomes everyone into her mind and heart on a series of original singles led by her debut single “Fuck Being Sober” which reached the Top 40 charts in 2020.

Tony Ferrari
Tony is emerging as both an artist and a songwriter. As a songwriter, Tony has written for an eclectic array of artists including Chelsea Collins, 24kGldn, Vaultboy, Jake Miller, New Hope Club, Jacob Whitesides, Lee Brice (current radio single), and has had international #1’s with NCT 127, Felix Sandman, Baekhyun, and The Rampage (from ExileTribe). Upcoming cuts include Annika Wells, Yung Bae, Audrey Mika, Grace Grundy, Dreamers and Almost Monday. He’s also seen success writing for TV and film including placements on Emprie, Shameless, and Riverdale!

Brandon Colbein
Brandon is prolific top-liner who has penned songs like “Revolving” by Marc E Bassy, “What I Need”, by Hayley Kioko feat, Kehlani, “Brand New Eyes,” by Bea Miller, “Home With You” by Liam Payne, and many many more!

He recently launched an artist project, his single “So Bad” has streamed nearly 10 million times on Spotify. His newest song “Boy Like You,” just dropped early march.

Shelly Peiken
Shelly is a multi-platinum American songwriter best known for Christina Aguilera’s No. 1 smash, “What a Girl Wants,” and Meredith Brooks’ GRAMMY nominated “Bitch.” Shelly has also written for and with, Jessie J, Britney Spears, Bebe Rexha, Demi Lovato, Selena Gomez, Miley Cyrus, Keith Urban and has had hundreds of songs placed on TV and film.

She is a passionate advocate of creators’ rights with SONA (Songwriters of North America) and encourages any songwriter who wants to sustain a livelihood in this biz to JOIN!

KANNER is your favorite green singer/songwriter. Combining an incredibly focused vision with a lethal pen and knack for super unique concepts, her intimate and personal writing screams to convey her unique perspective. She’s worked with artist such as Royal & The Serpent, Katy Perry, Aaron Gillespie of Underoath, Dreamers, Siiickbrain, Story Of The Year, Set It Off, Maggie Lindemann, Rebecca Black, Magnolia Park, Girlfriends, Mckenna Grace and more! When the ground starts shaking you’ll know that KANNER’s artist project has arrived

Jesse Thomas
Jesse is a Grammy nominated artist and songwriter originally from Covington, Kentucky who books and hosts the event. She co-wrote Martin Garrix and Troye Sivan’s platinum hit, “There For You,” as well as songs with Kelly Clarkson, Chris Stapleton, Ben Platt, PTX, Royal & The Serpent, Caillin Russo, Charlotte Lawrence, Ingrid Michaelson, Ingrid Andress, Wrabel and more! She went viral on TikTok once but it had nothing to do with her music talent and didn’t help her career at all. Check out her solo project Thomboi for some wavy pop tunes.
