A native of Minneapolis, Nate Amor has been plying his trade since 2001. As a singer-songwriter he released three albums beginning with Long Five Days in 2001. Since then he has been featured on NBC’s The Voice, , has shared the stage with Train, Mat Kearney, and Marc Cohn. He is also a vocalist and member of the Trans-Siberian Orchestra.
Nate grew up obsessed with Elvis and the Beach Boys, and his first time on stage he performed “In the Ghetto” by Elvis at his high school talent show. Since then Nate has been obsessed with the songwriting and storytelling of Rock and Americana, and the power of lyrics as a positive and transformative force.
In 2022 Nate relocated to Los Angeles, and began writing an album under the moniker Nate Amor. This fresh perspective is what drives his new album. He wrote and recorded it in Nashville, Minneapolis, and Los Angeles, working with legendary mixers Joe Zook and Drew Middleton. What came from this new start as Nate Amor is his very own unique sound with odes to some of his favorite artists such as Kings of Leon, Ray Lamontagne, and Chris Stapleton. His debut album as Nate Amor Keep Dreaming will be released Jan 2023.
