Featuring:

Raquel Lily

After having earned a degree in Neurobiology, Physiology & Behavior from UC Davis, Raquel Lily pivoted from a career in medicine and instead, pioneered the Music category on Twitch. The self-produced bedroom artist delivers dreamy jazz-inspired music with an indie-pop flair. Raquel Lily commands an experience that is fresh, comedically unhinged and unapologetically authentic. Born in the Philippines and rooted in Miami, FL, Raquel continues to build a global community while touring the United States with their band, “buko boys.”
Having released their debut album, “Fixations” in 2022 and singles, “oh! chelsea” and “u up?” Raquel Lily continues to blaze trails, putting on high energy performances, all while live streaming in front of their hyper-fanatical online community.

Julie Clark

A composer in the world of contemporary piano, Julie Clark has created a unique genre-blending art form that showcases her talent as both a singer/songwriter and classical pianist. Born in Romania and raised in the US, she has spent the majority of her life studying piano and writing music. Her compositions bring together modern melodies with classical and semiclassical progressions, and her repertoire has expanded to include art steeped with soulful lyrics and highly emotional themes brought forth from personal experiences throughout her life. Julie has invited fans and listeners to join her in her writing journey by streaming her process live (giving a more intimate view of her compositions) on Twitch.tv, and her debut album, Dreamer, is set to release in 2024.

Julien Belhumeur

Independent artist, multi-instrumentalist and world traveler who has been performing across Canada since 2016. His goal is to transmit his passion for music and create the ultimate party vibe. Creating cool reggae / folk versions of all your favorite songs, he is the ultimate crowd pleaser.

Carmela

Hailing from Los Angeles, Carmela produces a colloquial and vulnerable brand of indie rock, balancing blues, rock, soul, and folk with a pop sensibility. She recently released her first full-length album, “New Stranger,” which she proudly labels as an “album all about growth and growing pains” in response to the honest nature of her lyricism. LadyGUNN Magazine says of Carmela: “Chances are you havenʼt heard this much personality in a vocal in a long time.”

Carmela is also a Twitch Partner, streaming to hundreds on the platform multiple times per week. Her powerhouse vocals in combination with her energetic, bubbly personality mark her as a new artist to watch.

Missy Alcazar

Missy Alcazar is a Filipino-American traveling professional dueling pianist, independent singer-songwriter & multi-instrumentalist. She performs as a dueling pianist internationally, streams live music daily on Twitch & Tiktok, and manages her own multiple businesses. Missy was Disneyland’s first resident female dueling pianist at “The Showdown At The Golden Horseshoe” and has had her songs placed on TV Shows such as “90 Day Fiance,”  was nominated for Best Singer Songwriter at the SDMA’s and recently had her self produced music video “Slow” featured at the 2023 LA Film Festival. Her experience as both concert and dueling pianist has given her a knack for vocal versatility with virtuosic pianism.  Her first full length album “Figuring It Out” has reached over one million streams on Spotify and has more songs on the way.

sashiBOOM

sashiBOOM is a queer singer songwriter, musician, and Twitch partner from Jakarta, Indonesia. Sashi is currently based in Denver, Colorado.

Sashi started streaming music on Twitch in February 2021 and received Partner status by the platform just nine months later.

Sashi’s main instruments are her acoustic guitars and her loop pedals. Whether she’s performing live on stage or virtually streaming from her studio in Denver, she live loops 90% of her performances.

Other than performing cover songs, she is also a productive songwriter and producer. Sashi’s 2021 release “STFU” and 2022 release “Work in Progress” each have over 1 MILLION streams on Spotify and counting. She recently released a song “Tell Me About Her” under her brand new band “blackcherries” collaborating with another Twitch streamer Ellie Fier.

CAinLA

Since 2013, Courtney and Ashleigh, CA in LA, have created over 100 films and played thousands of songs together. In addition to touring the world with their work screening in film festivals, their music blends ambient tones with haunting harmonies to create a tragic blend of heartbreak. Passionate about storytelling and creating unique experiences through film & music, their art explores what it means to be human.

Ellie Fier

Ellie Fier is a Canadian musician and livestreamer who claims she can’t write a happy song to save her life. Often compared to Taylor Swift, her music is laced with catchy melodies and vulnerable lyrics that are soothingly relatable.

Matt Hall

Matt is an Illinois native who has lived in LA for a decade. A Twitch Streamer by day, asleep by night, Matt is honored to be a part of this showcase.

Malyaka

Malayka is a fusion artist who effortlessly weaves electronic R&B, acoustic warmth and Middle Eastern flair. A quarter finalist for the The Voice Middle East, she’s shared stages with P!nk, Amanda Seyfried,  Mo Amer, and even the cast of Futurama. Her powerful vocals deliver a part dance-worthy, part soul-searching musical experience. Malayka’s music is really about finding humor and strength in our shared insecurities, and being present rather than de-sensitising.
