Willowspeak gives rise to a progressive blend of the many strands of folk music. With a unique merging of impressive acoustic playing, percussive guitar, and ambient soundscapes, there is a beautiful & powerful projection of the feel of a full band through live looping. The songs are captivating on their own, with likeness to Fleet Foxes, Watchhouse, or Ray LaMontagne, but are elevated even further through the tasteful arrangements executed on a loop pedal. With roots in Upstate New York, Willowspeak has spent time in Austin, TX and currently resides in Los Angeles.
