Alexandra John, a brother and sister duo, are not only real-life twins born on the same day but also musical twins. Their early bond has shaped their lives and led them to develop an infectious brand of Indie Electro Pop that encompasses both feminine and masculine energies.
The duo released their first EP called “Healing,” in December 2022. Their most recent singles “Lonely Night,” & “Love Like This,’’ were released last year in 2023.
The duo just finished the 9 month music program here in Los Angeles, California called LAAMP Music this past year. They have been working on continuously growing their sound from Indie Electro Pop to Soul, Disco and Rock. They are excited to play & release their new music that they have created at LAAMP. Alexandra John draws influence from legendary artists such as Earth, Wind & Fire, Bee Gees, Chaka Khan, and Stevie Wonder, as well as newer influences like Daft Punk, Calvin Harris, Dua Lipa, Dabeull, and SJ Lewis. They remain committed to pushing sonic boundaries while staying true to their authentic roots.
