Jack West, currently residing in New York City, is a 20 year old singer-songwriter and guitarist. Jack first picked up the guitar at the tender age of 8 years old which his parents bought him at a garage sale. He quickly learned key chords and riffs to his favorite songs, which ultimately lead to Jack frequently playing open mic nights throughout the city of Rochester . Years had progressed and Jack was slowly making a name for himself in the Rochester community. In September 2017 lightning struck and Jack scored a once in a lifetime opportunity. He had run into Eddie Vedder the lead singer of Pearl Jam in a hotel lobby in Nashville, and had asked “can I sing a song with you tonight”? Six hours later Jack walked off the stage after singing too 30,000 people alongside Eddie Vedder. This caught the attention of many , particular Pearl Jam fans, with the original clip even being played on the Today Show. In 2018 Jack met Seattle producer Barrett Jones , who produced grunge icons like The Foo Fighters and Nirvana. Jack headed west for Seattle and spent 3 weeks at Barrett’s studio recording his debut album “For The Record”. Released in 2019, West played various shows around the country in support of his new album. Including The BottleRock Fest in Napa CA, Woodstock 50th anniversary, Rock2vote festival in Montana, alongside famous clubs around the country… ( “Pianos” in Manhattan to “Easy Street Records” in Seattle, etc ). Dropping his second album “NUMB” , West managed to get John Greenham who mastered Billie Eilishs “WHEN WE ALL FALL ASLEEP WHERE DO WE GO” to master his new record. Leading up/and after the release Jack toured extensively with various shows throughout the United States , Canada and even Europe. Recently the up and comer has been touching upon other things such as acting and modeling. Notably sporting Gucci and Prada for the New York Times and acting in director Diana Ciglioni film “SIX” in Los Angeles. Jack is currently working on this third studio album which is set to drop summer 2025.
