Raised in Tampa, Florida, and now based in Los Angeles, Katherine fell in love with music at 11 after discovering legends like Aretha Franklin and Etta James. The stage quickly became her first love, a space where she could feel fully, connect with others, and translate emotion into sound. That early foundation in soul, paired with ’90s and early-2000s pop and R&B influences, shapes a sound that is both timeless and modern.
Her upcoming EP is a personal exploration of growth and self-discovery. It reflects on the harshness of growing up, the weight of self-doubt, and the courage it takes to open up to new opportunities, all while learning to practice self-love through the process.
