Indie-pop/rock/Alt-country singer/songwriter Brad Byrd has been touring and releasing music for over a decade, building a strong reputation in the Americana world. His sound is often compared to the likes of The War on Drugs, Air, Pete Yorn, Fleetwood Mac, The Church, and Kurt Vile. Byrd’s songs have been featured on ABC, NBC, E!, and FOX’s “New Girl,” expanding his international reach. LA radio DJ’s and tastemakers Nic Harcourt and Matt Pinfield regularly spin his music.

He’s performed official showcases at SXSW (2023 & 2024) and opened for acts like Pete Yorn, Fantastic Negrito, Joseph Arthur, Jesse Daniel, and Jay Farrar.
His latest summer ’25 release, “If It’s My Only Life”, is a song about surrendering to the fact that we all live under the same stars and sky, and rather than fighting we should all be dancing in the name of peace. With a production style different than anything he’s done before, it pushes Byrd’s sound into new uncharted waters. Byrd teamed up with bassist/vocalist/multi-instrumentalist Brett Simons (Chicago, Brian Wilson, Dwight Yoakam) as co-producer on this “summer bop”. The infectious hooky uptempo indie pop gem employed some of the best musicians in the Los Angeles area including Blair Sinta on drums (Alanis Morissette, Stevie Nicks) and Chris Thorn (Blind Melon, Afghan Whigs) on guitar.
