Seoul-born, LA-based singer-songwriter Juju B. Goode can do it all himself. The epitome of a DIY artist, Juju has spent the last five years cultivating every piece of his genre-bending music all on his own as an independent musician. Juju’s hands create everything from the innovative production to his cinematic visuals – and the hard work is paying off. The lead singer and songwriter of the drops down to earth with his latest single, ‘Meet You In The Blue Light’ on May 31st. Roberto’s classic folk rock instinct embraces a mid-seventies shimmer in the new track, taking the styles from his two albums (‘The Making Moon,’ 2019; ‘Songs About the Sun,’ 2020) and jettisoning them into the black of space. The new track glides through the void in the confidence of a soul love where all doors open and all dividing walls crumble.
Born and raised in Los Angeles, King Leon carries the sound of a city built on love, grit, and KRTH 101. His Filipino mother and Mexican father came from different worlds, and it was classic soul that pulled them into the same orbit. We’re talking Stevie Wonder, Marvin Gaye, the kind of music that turns strangers into family. That same improbable mix is what drives his music tonight.
