Karly Bowman w/ Mila Cargo

November 11 7:00 pm PST

Second Stage

Doors Open: 6:30

$25

Karly Bowman is a San Diego–born singer-songwriter whose voice carries both raw vulnerability and undeniable presence. Raised in a house where her father’s drum kit never stopped echoing, she grew up on Michael Jackson, Fleetwood Mac, and Adele before shaping her own sound at the intersection of pop, folk, and country. She began writing as a teenager, uploading covers and originals under a fake name, quietly building an early audience. Her breakout single “I’ll Be Your Man” passed 100,000 streams, signaling the arrival of an artist with staying power. In 2025, she signed to Encore Recordings, sharpening her vision alongside collaborators Nick Schmidt, Bailey Lindley, SweetSound, and Will Van Zandt. Bowman’s music is intimate yet expansive—songs born in her bedroom that resonate far beyond it. As a proud queer artist, she’s building not just listeners, but a community that feels seen in her voice.

Mila Cargo is a 21-year-old singer-songwriter from the Bay Area whose sound sits at the intersection of folk and indie. Built around acoustic guitar, soft synths, and layered vocals, her music feels intimate and cinematic all at once. After picking up songwriting just a year ago, Mila’s creative spark pushed her to move to Los Angeles and pursue music full-time. Her lyrics carry a lived-in honesty, transforming real moments into songs that feel deeply personal yet universally relatable. For Mila, music isn’t just expression, it’s therapy. Each track is a space for reflection, healing, and connection, inviting listeners to feel what she feels in real time. With her delicate tone and grounded storytelling, Mila Cargo is quietly carving a world of her own.
