Her new single “Red Guitar” is set to make a powerful debut on Oct. 2nd, ahead of its feature in the upcoming Kyle Hausmaan-Stokes film “My Dead Friend Zoe,” starring Hollywood icons Morgan Freeman, Natalie Morales, Ed Harris, and Sonequa Martin-Green. Executive produced by Travis Kelce of the Kansas Chiefs, the film, releasing in the US on November 1st, promises a compelling narrative of friendship and family, supported by Katie’s anthem of self-empowerment and resilience.

Julian Forest is a songwriter, lyricist and musician hailing from Southern California. With their soulful vocals and lyricism, they float between genres with ease, telling stories laced with imagery and themes of empowerment. Performing original music since they were 10 years old, Julian has carried their love of song with them through their many lines of work, from carpentry to teaching. This up-and-coming trans artist hopes to share their message of unity and the value of individual expression with this ever-changing world.
