Maryleigh Roohan

With heartfelt vocals and enthralling narration, MaryLeigh Roohan captivates listeners with her genuineness and vulnerability. Their love of heavy-hitting folk lyricists and reverence for undeniable pop hooks have culminated in an ability to flawlessly blend many genres and still produce a sound that is all their own. After releasing two full-length albums, an EP, a handful of singles and scoring the documentary Women of ’69 Unboxed, Roohan took time away from her solo adventures in 2015 to expand her musicianship by playing in bands – most notably as a multi-instrumentalist in the mildly choreographed dance-pop project Jenn Champion. Though the future is full of mystery, she is excited to be returning to her own music and getting back on the road again.

John-Allison Weiss

Known for their gritty, melodic emotion-driven indie pop songs, John-Allison Weiss emerged at the end of the 2000s as an early crowdfunding hero with a strong D.I.Y. ethos that has defined them throughout their career. After establishing themselves in the punk/alternative scene, they took their music to three continents and shared the stage as a hand-picked opener for Lou Reed, Letters to Cleo, Mal Blum, The Wonder Years, Max Bemis of Say Anything, Tim Kasher of

Cursive, and many more. They wrote songs with their heroes like Kevin Devine and Tegan Quin and released three albums on three different labels, all while quietly building a devoted underground fanbase. In 2020 weiss started Lower Key Music as an independent hub for their artistic endeavors that didn’t fit within the models of the mainstream music industry. In 2023 they released their 4th studio album (and first in eight years), The Long Way, through the queer

artist-run label Get Better Records.
