Los-Angeles based Pop R&B singer-songwriter, Raquel Castro, and music production duo, The Wildcardz (Sadie Currey and Ester Na) have teamed up to form the all-new band, eddy. Finding inspiration across the spectrum, from Frank Sinatra and Amy Winehouse to Lauryn Hill, eddy fuses infectious pop melodies with hybrid soul instrumentals to create a sound all their own. The trio started sipping, singing and strumming on their weekly show, “Wine Wednesdays” which recently caught the attention of Jennifer Lopez and Fantastia, both giving a nod to eddy’s medley of their iconic hits. eddy is excited for their live performance at Hotel Cafe on May 25th. The show will feature a collection of their original music, cover songs, as well as their unreleased catalog of new music. Raquel, Ester and Sadie bring to you…eddy.
