Fernando Perdomo

Fernando Jose Perdomo (born August 17, 1980) is an American musician best known for his work as a producer and session bassist and guitarist. He is best known as one of the guitarists in the movie Echo in the Canyon, where he backed up Jakob Dylan, Fiona Apple, Beck, Norah Jones, Regina Spektor, Brian Wilson, and Cat Power.
He is currently on tour with Marshall Crenshaw on lead guitar. His newest album is called “Self” which is out on Spirit of Unicorn/Cherry Red Records. The album has already received acclaim!

Fernando Perdomo goes for a baroque psychedelic pop playfulness with “Self.” Nods to Todd Rundgren and the Kinks, right down to the delirium he conjures up, add to the inherent charm of the album. Songs do an exceptional job working off each other to create this fully realized whole. The album is best taken in as a coherent whole. Lyricism employs an acidic alliteration, for there’s this otherworldly quality to how things come together. Everything has so much tenderness and affection, giving the album a genuine adoration for the world. Instrumentally, it has a strong love for the 70s, as the golden era AM quality ties the narratives together in this gorgeous, sun-drenched way. – Skope Magazine

Feef Mooney

A songwriter in the worlds of pop, folk and alt rock, Feef Mooney came to Los Angeles from Scotland where she has played pubs, clubs and concert halls, supported Van Morrison, Gil Scott Heron, Shawn Colvin, and G Love’s Special Sauce. Feef’s shows are intimate, energetic, song-driven and optimistic. Having collaborated with Fernando Perdomo on two albums ( one, Special Friend, to be released in July) Feef is proud to play this show with Michael Collins and Fernando in power pop mode. Congrats to Fernando on his record release, “SELF.”

Broken Sound

Broken Sound is an exciting new Alternative Rock Duo featuring Fernando Perdomo and Michael Collins. The band features a unique instrument called a Fender Bass VI which is a combination of Bass and Baritone Guitar that has a sound all its own. Perdomo on the Bass VI and Collins on drums plus their vocals fills the room with a very large sound. Their debut 12 song album out March 12 includes a variety of songs ranging from fun alternative to pop/prog to intense slow burns. Perdomo and Collins have a great chemistry and the freshness of the band and all the music is truly infectious. Seeing Broken Sound is seeing 2 musicians who are truly inspired with the discovery of a truly new sound.
