Van Bellman is a bluesy indie rock band based in LA. You may recognize the frontman Zac Taylor as the banjo player for American Authors, the guitarist for famed comedienne Sandra Bernhard, or as an actual bellman at the Gansevoort Hotel. Since forming in Brooklyn in 2018, Van Bellman has developed a unique grungy sound with cheeky lyrics and an outlandish stage routine. With some love from Sirius XM’s AltNation and Billboard magazine, the future is looking bright, loud, and dirty for Van Bellman. The Hotel Cafe performance on 3/16 will be a single release show for “So Long,” the final tune from the debut EP Feelers.
